Le Petit Box is a Brooklyn microclub and art studio creating engaging recorded music mixes for YouTube while building a local community of music enthusiasts. We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help expand our digital presence during a time of rapid growth.

Role Overview

We need a creative and motivated Social Media Content Manager to handle our content distribution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for engaging moments in our mixes, social media savvy, and a passion for music and digital content as we expand this coming year.

Responsibilities

• Review our hour-long video mixes and identify 3 compelling moments to create Instagram Reels per mix

• Edit and format these clips according to platform specifications

• Craft engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags for maximum reach

• Upload content to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube daily

• Recommend strategies to improve our social media presence

Required Skills

• Experience with Adobe Premier Pro or equivalent software

• Understanding of social media best practices, especially Instagram and YouTube

• Knowledge of optimal posting schedules and content formatting

• Strong written communication for creating engaging captions

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Familiarity with music scenes and DJ culture (preferred)

• TikTok experience (preferred)

Time Commitment

Approximately 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility on scheduling.

This is currently a Volunteer Position.

While this is an unpaid role, you'll receive:
